Our Pet Policy

InvesTek Management values the important role that pets play in our residents’ lives. In response, we’ve established a pet policy that is honored at the majority of our multifamily properties** —making us one of the area's most pet-friendly family of communities. This policy allows us to warmly welcome pets into our apartments and townhomes, while also encouraging responsible pet ownership and ensuring the clean, safe and serene living environments we’ve worked so hard to establish.

 Pet Policy Overview

  • All pets must be approved by management via a scheduled, in-person meeting. This policy applies to new residents, as well as existing residents who welcome a pet to their apartment or townhome at any point after move-in.
  • Most common domesticated pets are permitted at InvesTek properties. This includes dogs, cats, birds and fish. (Please see the complete Pet Policy Addendum for important restrictions on pet size and breeds.)
  • Pet owners must sign an official InvesTek Management Pet Addendum and agree to a $250 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a $25/month fee per pet.
  • All pets must be current on vaccinations (confirmed through a licensed veterinarian) and all cats must be de-clawed.
  • Residents are solely responsible for their pets while on InvesTek property. This includes cleaning up after droppings, ensuring pets do not disturb the peace of other residents, and adhering to on-site leash policies and no-pet areas such as community rooms and other common areas.
